Social Action
The CBI Social Action Committee (SAC) was established in 2008 to act as a catalyst for congregants to provide assistance to those in need. The mission of SAC is to develop and implement programs that address short and long term needs of our local, national and global communities, to respond to catastrophic events and emergencies across the globe, to raise social consciousness concerning injustices worldwide, and to raise awareness about environmental concerns. By participating in these mitzvot, we hope to deepen Jewish values and inspire "Tikkun Olam".
